Please follow the below guidelines carefully while preparing and submitting your abstract.

General Guidelines

  • Each author may present only one abstract (either oral or e-poster).
  • Abstracts should preferably be original research.
  • Abstracts previously published or presented at other conferences should not be submitted.
  • Authors may select oral or poster presentation, but the final decision rests with the Scientific Committee.
  • Oral presentations: 6 minutes presentation + 2 minutes for discussion.

Formatting Requirements

  • Title: Times Roman, font size 12, black ink.
  • Body text: Times Roman, font size 10, single-spaced, maximum 250 words.
  • Authors: Font size 11; presenting author’s name should be listed first.

Abstracts submitted to other national or international meetings must not be submitted here.

Rules for Submission

  • Abstracts must be submitted only through the official conference website.
  • Faxed or emailed abstracts will not be accepted.
  • Registration is mandatory for abstract submission.
  • The submitting author must confirm that:
    • the abstract has not been previously submitted, and
    • there is no conflict of interest.

Abstract Selection & Presentation

  • All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
  • Notification of acceptance and scheduling will be sent to the submitting author via email.
  • If accepted for an oral presentation, only the presenting author will be permitted to present.

E-Poster Specifications

General Specifications

  • Display: Standard 42" LCD.
  • File format: PowerPoint (.PPT / .PPTX).
  • Maximum file size: 5 MB.
  • Number of slides: Only one slide per poster.
  • Must use the official e-poster template.
  • Animations, videos, and sound are not permitted (static slides only).

Title Placeholder (Slide Header)

The title area of the template must include:

  • Presenter Name
  • Poster Title
  • E-poster Number

Case Study Posters must include

  • Introduction
  • Aim & Objectives
  • Background
  • Case
  • Conclusion / Clinical Relevance

Case Report Posters must include

  • Introduction
  • Aim & Objectives
  • Materials & Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion

Appearance & Readability

  • The poster should be self-explanatory, with clear and concise text.
  • Minimum font size: 14 points.
  • Recommended fonts: Helvetica or Times New Roman.

Colour Guidelines

  • For light backgrounds (white, yellow, light blue): use dark fonts (black, navy blue, dark green).
  • For dark backgrounds (blue, purple): use light fonts (white, yellow, cyan).
  • Avoid red or green text or backgrounds due to poor readability.

Images & Illustrations

  • Images should be large, clear, and show all relevant details.
